The TOLT’s primary responsibility is to troubleshoot and maintain the RF portion of the system from each node to termination including node equipment, fiber optic cable, forward, return, modem, ingress, leakage, DCT, HD related equipment and digital services. The TOLT assists the maintenance technician and power node technician along with demand calls. The TOLT turns on and tests new or modified system plant and other special assignments as needed.
Minimum requirements include:

| Design Support Specialist |

The Design Support Specialist constructs and coordinates the analysis of business reports for the Engineering Department containing Key Performance Indicators and other relevant metrics. Plans and completes updating of records, utilizing knowledge of reports, resources, usage, cost, distribution, frequency, and operating practices within functional areas. Determines necessity of reports, simplifies formats, and content effectiveness. The Design Support Specialist gathers information from multiple levels of the Design Department and works toward building a zero-cost reporting framework through various types of automation to be used for departmental Key Performance Indicator reporting. The Design Support Specialist works primarily with Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, multiple billing software systems, GPS systems, maps, Vendor based programs and AutoCAD.
Minimum requirements include:
Associate degree in Auto Cad, 3-5 years relevant CATV (Rf) and telecommunication services experience and advanced knowledge and experience using Microsoft Access, Word and Excel are required. Bachelor degree in Business or Mathematics, 1-2 years prior practical work experience in a mathematics/statistics related field and 1-2 years prior practical work experience related to multi-department projects are preferred. The Technical Operations Night Supervisor is responsible for quality and completion of preventative maintenance, proof of performance testing, cumulative leakage index and scheduled service calls within allotted time frames and within budget. The Technical Operations Night Supervisor is responsible to oversee the quality of electronic and optical signals, physical repairs and maintenance in areas served by Buckeye CableSystem and Buckeye Telesystem by overseeing technicians using meters and other test equipment common to CATV/Fiber work.
Minimum requirements include:
High School diploma/equivalent - required, relevant Associate’s degree - preferred. 5 years practical related work experience - required, previous supervisory experience - preferred. Specialized CATV training, Microsoft Office experience and AutoCAD/Trueview experience, preferred. Buckeye CableSystem is accepting applications for a Utility Project Specialist. The Utility Project Specialist is responsible for working with design personnel, supervisors and managers to apply for track and successfully secure easements, government mandated relocation plans and OUPS locating notifications and for the continuous tracking and maintaining of a database of recorded documents, notices, plans and requests of vacated property throughout our servicing community. The Utility Project Specialist must field visit areas where questions are raised or facility locations need verifying. The Utility Project Specialist is also responsible to ensure the safety of the outside plant, easement reroutes and other work will not disrupt service or cause our plant to be put in jeopardy.
Minimum requirements include:
Associates Degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field or the equivalent combination of education and related technical experience, 2 years using AutoCAD software, Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel, working knowledge with engineering prints and specification drawings experience required. A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is preferred. Acceptable driving record, valid driver’s license, a background check and drug screen/physical are required. This person must be detail orientated, have creative thinking, excellent troubleshooting skills, be able to work in a fast paced environment, and have open availability. Responsibilities include troubleshooting incoming calls from customers that are experiencing problems with Internet, Video, and Phone services. Having Macintosh experience is a plus. Providing our customers with excellent service is a must.
Minimum requirements include:
High school diploma/equivalent, ability to install and configure PC network cards, background using Windows and Internet Tools, A+ certification preferred, as well as Call Center experience. The TSS works a minimum of 22 28 hrs a week and must have open availability with additional hours as needed for trainings and meetings. Background check and drug screen/physical are required. Starting pay is $ 14.55/hour.
